M. incognita candidate effector proteins

DOI

Accession numbers of M. incognita candidate effectors. These proteins are predicted to be secreted based on the presence of a signal peptide for secretion and absence of transmembrane domains. Furthermore at least one motif known to be enriched in effector proteins is present in the 100 first amino acids.

A separate subset of those specific to plant-parasitic nematode species is also provided.
