3D design files used at: A DIY Bioreactor for in-situ Non-Invasive Metabolic Tracking in Bioengineered 3D Cell Models via Hyperpolarized 13C NMR Spectroscopy

DOI

The following files contain the original 3D designs of both the CAP and STOPPER of the bioreactor platform described in the journal article "A DIY Bioreactor for in-situ Non-Invasive Metabolic Tracking in Bioengineered 3D Cell Models via Hyperpolarized 13C NMR Spectroscopy".

The designs and measurements create a platform suitable for analysis in 5 mm (OD) NMR tubes. When printing, select a biocompatible resin for its use with cell models and tissues. The printer should have enough tolerance to print the fine details in the stopper for optimal platform performance.
