Enriched GO terms in the eight clusters of differentially expressed genes

Enriched gene ontology terms in each of the eight clusters of differentially-expressed M. incognita genes. For each cluster (A-H), enriched GO terms, as compared to the whole set of differentially expressed genes, were identified using a hypergeometric test as implemented in the GofuncR Bioconductor package (https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/GOfuncR.html). To eliminate redundancy between GO terms and only keep representative ones, the option '-refine' was used in GOfuncR. Because we made 8 comparisons (8 clusters) we considered as significant GO terms that returned a corrected p-value of 0.05/8 = 0.00625.
