Raziskava o didaktičnem usposabljanju visokošolskih učiteljev in visokošolskih sodelavcev proučuje situacijo v Sloveniji z vidika razvoja človeških virov v visokem šolstvu. Z raziskavo se je poskušalo ugotoviti, v kakšnem obsegu in na kakšen način so bili visokošolski učitelji in sodelavci vključeni v didaktično usposabljanje ter kakšna so njihova stališča in izkušnje, tako glede usposabljanja, kot tudi glede preverjanja pedagoške usposobljenosti v postopkih izvolitve v nazive. Pridobljeni anketni podatki so dragocen vir informacij za proučevanje različnih vidikov kakovosti pedagoškega delovanja v visokem šolstvu v Sloveniji.
The research on pedagogical training of higher-education teachers and associates investigates the status in Slovenia from the perspective of human resource development in higher education. The aim of the research was to identify how higher-education teachers are involved in pedagogical training and to what extent. As well as what are their experiences and their attitude towards training and assessing pedagogical qualifications in the habilitation process. The collected survey data are valuable source of information for studying various aspects of the quality of the Slovenian higher-education system.
