Lutjanus synagris transcriptome raw data

Raw paired-end Illumina sequence data of a juvenile Lane Snapper (Lutjanus synagris) with the adapters removed. The incentive for sequencing this transcriptome is to gain genetic insight into fish of the Gulf of Mexico.
