We collected data using MobilitApp from 3 mobile phone sensors: accelerometer, magnetometer and gyroscope. Eleven modes of transportation: bicycle, electric bicycle, electric scooter, bus, subway, train, tram, motorcycle, car, running and walking. Data gathered from 50 smartphones, during 298 h, 15 months (23 March 2023 - 27 June 2024). Volunteers labeled their unimodal trips into their urban and metropolitan trips.
