Raziskava sodi v sklop rednih mesečnih telefonskih anket, namenjenih spremljanju zadovoljstva z delom vlade in ocenjevanja razmer v državi. Raziskava meri tudi odnos slovenske javnosti do vključitve Slovenije v zvezo NATO ter strankarske preference. Tokratni aktualni blok vključuje volilne namere glede predsedniških in lokalnih volitev, oceno programov posameznih kandidatov in mnenje o elektronskih volitvah.

Survey is part of monthly telephone surveys, designed for measuring satisfaction with the work of Slovene government and evaluation of work of government institutions. Surveys measure relation of Slovene public towards EU and NATO membership and party preferences. Topical theme in this Politbarometer includes questions about voting intentions in presidential and local elections, opinion about topics in programs of presidential candidates and opinion on e-elections.
