Abstract copyright UK Data Service and data collection copyright owner.The general aims of the study are to assess the impacts of Phase One of Metrolink, Manchester's Light Rail system on: (i) Various aspects of travel behaviour (especially choice of travel mode) and travel demand, and (ii) On changes in economic activity and land uses (such as retailing, offices, leisure facilities).
