Cyanobium Genome sequencing and assembly

Picocyanobacteria, like Cyanobium and Synechococcus are more widely discovered in water bodies around the world, especially in coastal areas. The abundance of available strains makes it necessary to describe their genomic capacities and link it to their physiological capacities, for example along salinity gradients.
