College reform and co-determination in self-administration committees: general attitude to college reform (scale); attitude to establishing assistent professor positions in one´s own field of specialization; attitude to introduction of polytechnics and a federally uniform college organization law; personal membership in co-determination committees and other organizations; judgement on the distribution of co-determination rights and the voting behavior of the ´others qualified as post-doctoral university lecturers´; boycott behavior of certain groups in co-determination committees. 5.
