Oxygen mobility in the defect perovskite Sr3SbO5.5

DOI

We propose to use Polaris to record powder neutron diffraction data for the oxygen deficient double perovskite Sr3SbO5.5 as a function of temperature to establish the temperature dependence of the distribution of the anions over the 24e and 48h sites, in order to establish if such mobility is responsible for the observed thermal anomoly in the lattice parameter expansion of this material.
