Raw reads of the Southern gulf of St. Lawrence Atlantic cod's circulating microbiome. 16S RNA gene was target on the V3-V4 region using 341F and 805R primers. The goal was to characterize wild fish's circulating microbiome from a declining population. Later on, this microbiome's results would be correlated with environmental and physiological data to create health biomarker.
