Dataset of radiocarbon dates obtained on peat and lacustrine/palsutrine sediment from several wetlands of North Cantal (Massif Central, France). All these data were acquired during the collective research project (PCR) on the archaeology of the Sianne and Sumène Valleys during the Bronze Age and the 1st Iron Age (Haute-Auvergne) coordinated by F. Delrieu (DRAC ARA, Service Régional de l'Archéologie, F-63000 Clermont-Ferrand).

Table of radiocarbon dates from North Cantal Peatlands, with site information (name, commune, coordinates, altitude) and sample details (depth, type of dated material, measured age, calibrated age according to the IntCal20 curve, δ13C measurements, and specificities). Warning: δ13C measurements were obtained at the output of the gas analyser and cannot be used directly to interpret environmental conditions.
