Direct detection of RNA modifications and structure using single molecule nanopore sequencing

In this study we use direct RNA nanopore sequencing to identify RNA modifications and structure. We perform modification detection on ribosomal RNA (rRNA) from E. coli and S. cerevisiae. Additionally, we perform modification detection on IVT RNA that has been modified with a structure specific probe.
