Rhodococcus qingshengii Genome sequencing

Rhodococcus qingshengii PM1 was isolated from Se-rich carbonaceous mudstones in Enshi, Hubei province, China. This species was found to have a high Se tolerance and selenite reduction capacity. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of this strain, which contributes to our understanding how strain PM1 survives under selenium stress.
