Effects of Alexandrium pseudogonyaulax culture supernatants on the hatching rate success of Acartia tonsa

DOI

The hatching rate success of Acartia tonsa eggs exposed to cell-free supernatants of three strains of Alexandrium pseudogonyaulax was assessed. This dataset contains the count data of hatched and unhatched eggs that were used to calculate the hatching rate. The preparation and execution of the experiments were carried out between May 1 and July 15, 2022 in the laboratories of the Alfred-Wegener-Institute, Helgoland, Germany.
