Effect of rearing condition and sexes on cecum microbiota and its composition in duck

The intestinal microbiome influences the health of animals. However, little is known about the impact of indoor condition and sexes on the intestinal microbiome diversity and composition in ducks. In present study, we aimed to investigate the differences of cecum microbiome in male and female ducks rearing on the floor (PY group) or in cages (LY group).
