Copy of: Copy of: Dynammical studies of hydrogen sorption on pure and Pd coated Zinc Oxide

DOI

Zinc Oxide (ZnO) is a wide band gap semiconductor that has a number of interesting applications especially its optoelectronic (blue and near UV light emitting properties, as a sensor and use in varistors) and catalytic properties (methane oxidation). As part of our ongoing interest in the sorption and catalytic properties of pure and doped metal oxide materials we wish to examine the hydrogen dynamical properties on the ZnO Surface. Pure nanometer scale rods and tetrapods, commercial ZnOP and ZnO decorated with nm scale Pd clusters will be investigated
