NorESM2-LM SSP5-3.4 B2-simulation with additional Ocean Alklinity Enhancement at 0.135 Pmol TA yr-1

NorESM2-LM simulation results of a SSP5-3.4-OAE-B2 simulation. In this simulation, the atmospheric CO2 concentration is taken from an emission driven SSP5-3.4 simulation with additional Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement (OAE; applied at a rate of 0.135 Tmol TA /year, homogeneously over the surface ocean between 60S and 70N, and ramped up from zero to 0.135 Tmol TA/year between 2025 and 2035). The CO2 concentration is then prescribed to the OAE-B2 simulation and OAE is switched off. This simulation can be used to determine carbon cycle feedbacks.
