WGS of a series of clinical isolates from patients in Kuwait

The Salmonella enterica isolates are from blood or tissue specimens, this study will examine the genomic relationship of these isolates to closely related Salmonella isolates and attempt to understand the basis for the relatively clinical presentations associated with the isolates. For the Vibrio cholerae isolates, Comparative genomics will be used to infer the likely geographic origin of these isolates obtained from travellers returning to Kuwait.
