Integrated miRNA-mRNA transcriptomic analysisof hepatopancreas reveals molecular strategiesin M. rosenbergii under different level nitrite stress

Nitrite is one of the most common pollutants in high-density aquaculture or in recirculated aquaculture systems. In this study, gene and miRNA expression were investigated for unveiling the genetic regulation of Macrobrachium rosenbergii in response to acute nitrite stress. This study revealed the mRNA and miRNA expression patterns of M. rosenbergiihas under nitrite stress and provided the basis for the molecular selective breeding and healthy culture.
