The purpose of this sequencing was to investigate the effect of silencing of the cheA gene of Vibrio harveyi on the adhesion capacity from the transcriptome level. We interfered with the cheA gene of Vibrio harveyi by RNAi technology, and then the wild strain VH6110 and the cheA gene silencing strain cheA-RNAi were used for transcriptome sequencing. The results show that stable silencing of the cheA altered the transcriptional landscape of V. harveyi and regulated the expression of adhesion-related pathway genes.
