Effects of different fertilization on rhizosphere soil bacteria of maize

The rhizosphere, where plants, soil, and microorganisms interact with each other and their environmental conditions, serves as a gateway for various nutrients, water, beneficial and harmful substances to enter the root system and participate in the material cycle of the biological chain. Therefore, it is of paramount importance to investigate the mechanism of soil organic carbon mineralization in the rhizosphere for the development of green agriculture and ecological reclamation of sandy land.
