Genome resequencing of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough mutant culture adapted to molybdate

A culture of Desulfovibrio vulgaris Hildenborough lacking the gene encoding sulfate adenylyl transferase was adapted by serial passaging to be resistant to molybdate. The culture was resequenced to identify variants in the resistant population.
