Studies of mircroeukaryotes diversity and function in coral reef ecosystem

Current knowledge of the taxonomic diversity and functional contribution of the microeukaryotes within the coral and coral reef microbiome is limited. The goal of this project is to study the diversity of microeukaryotes in coral reefs and parameters shaping their community structure, as well as their potential functional role in the cycling process of coral reef ecosystems.
