Effects of multiple stressors on bay scallops

Larval bay scallops were exposed to multiple stressors including thermal stress, low pH, and two species of harmful algae, Aureococcus anophagefferens and Margalefidinium polykrikoides. After 48 h development, RNA was extracted and sequenced (RNAseq) to identify the unique and common transcriptomic responses among scallops exposed to stressors.
