RNA sequencing analysis of the genes regulated by ZntR in Vibrio parahaemolyticus.

The transcriptome of the wild type strain and ?zntR of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was compared by RNA sequencing analysis. The data revealed that some genes, such as zntA, were significantly differentially expressed in the mutant. Overall design: The transcription profiles of the ?zntR mutant grown in Tryptic Soy Broth were compared with that of the wild type strain. Each strain contains three biological replications.
