This project includes the RNA sequencing of the common octopus Octopus vulgaris at different developmental stages. Embryo, newly hatched paralarvae and paralarve at 10, 20 and 40 days post-hatching were sequenced. Moreover, different diets, culture conditions and infections were assayed and also analysed.
