4C-seq experiments to study the evolution of the chromatin architecture of ancient gene regulatory blocks at the origin of vertebrates. Overall design: 4C-seq experiments centered at the promoters of the trans-dev genes involved in gene regulatory blocks in amphioxus plus their paralog genes in mouse and zebrafish.
