coral metagenome during a bleaching event

Coral samples were collected from two sites in the Andaman Sea (Maiton and Racha). Porites lutea is one of the dominant reef-builders in the Indo-Pacific. Very little is known about the composition and structure of bacterial communities associated with P. lutea reefs during thermal bleaching. The purpose of this study is to investigate the dynamics of P. lutea microbiomes during a bleaching event in 2016.
