Changes of transcriptome in intestinal tissue of Lateolabrax maculatus after Aeromonas hydrophila infection

In this study, the intestinal tissues of Lateolabrax maculatus infected with A. hydrophila for 24 hours were collected and analyzed. To estimate gene expression, L. maculatus genome sequences and annotations were referenced. After infection, a large of differentially expressed genes were screened, some of which were related to immune and inflammatory responses, and their functions after infection need to be further explored.
