Microbiota diversity and differences in the respiratory tract of children with pneumonia

Pneumonia is a common infectious disease in children, and although previous studies have reported on the relationship between the microbiota and the airways, there are insufficient data on the imbalance of the upper and lower respiratory microbiota in childhood pneumonia. The bioinformatics analysis platform also analyzed the composition of the respiratory tract in different locations in pneumonia children and metabolic differences due to disturbed respiratory microbiota.
