Transcriptome data of plant extracts

The increase in bacterial resistance and the decline in the effectiveness of antimicrobial agents have forced us to look for antimicrobial compounds from plant extracts that are less toxic to humans. The results of this study suggest that CC1 from P. kleiniana Wight et Arn. is a promising candidate for antibacterial medicine and food preservatives.
