Transcriptome data under the hypoxic conditions

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a facultative anaerobic halophilic acidophilic Vibrio that can cause foodborne illness. Foodborne diseases caused by V. parahaemolyticus have brought huge threats and losses to human food safety and aquaculture. The results of this study complement the knowledge gap of V. para-haemolyticus in response to hypoxic stress and provide a rationale for the study of the pathogene-sis of infections in the gut.
