Transcriptome sequencing of DHA synthesis use acetic acid by Schizochytrium

We investigated the metabolic mechanism that contributes to the increase in DHA content in this strain when sodium acetate was the carbon source, and the differences in lipid metabolism-related gene expression in the presence of glucose or acetate were investigated by comparing transcriptome data.
