Radiocarbon nuclear contribution tool

DOI

This archive contains the scripts and notebook required to run the ICOS Carbon Portal "radiocarbon notebook". More details are provided within the notebook. The notebook relies on the ICOS Carbon Portal Jupyter Service to access STILT footprints and can only be executed there. To proceed, explore the options (public/collaborative) for logging in to our Jupyter service at: https://www.icos-cp.eu/data-services/tools/jupyter-notebook. Once logged in, you have two options:

  1. Use the up-to-date tools available in the "icos_jupyter_notebooks" folder. Access this folder directly via the public service at: https://exploredata.icos-cp.eu/hub/user-redirect/lab/tree/icos_jupyter_notebooks/radiocarbon.ipynb.

  2. Upload the files from the unzipped archive to any location within the Carbon Portal’s Jupyter services, then open the main notebook, radiocarbon.ipynb.

After logging out from the public service, the files will be automatically removed, so users cannot "break" anything. On the collaborative hub, everything will remain.
