Leaves of Cinnamomum camphora

Fresh leaves were collected from the three-years-old clones plant of Cinnamomum camphora grown at the experimental garden of Nanchang Institute of Technology, China. This genome-wide transcriptome map provides a valuable tool for future identification of genes related to essential oil biosynthesis and the identification of a cohort of genes in the biosynthetic pathways of terpenoids provides the theoretical basis for metabolic engineering of essential oils in C. camphora.
