RNA-seq of Mytilus coruscus of heat-harden

As a survival strategy, the thermal tolerance is a flexible attribute that may be altered by acclimatization to various thermal regimes and brief exposures to the temperatures exceeded the suitability, a process known as heat-harden. The RNA-seq data reveals the strategy of heat tolerance enhancement caused by heat-harden in the Mytilus coruscus.
