Erythroxylaceae phylogenomics and phylogeography

This project uses DNA sequence data to resolve evolutionary relationships of species in the Coca family, Erythroxylaceae for analysis of global biogeography and diversification as well as the origins of the cultivated coca taxa. Sequence data are from nuclear loci targeted using custom RNA baits and the Hyb-Seq (hybridization-based target enrichment) DNA library preparation method. Sequences were generated on the Illumina NextSeq or HiSeq4000 platforms.
