MethylRAD on C. hongkongensis pediveliger under OA

The study goals were to determine the extent of changes in DNA methylation in response to ocean acidification and how larval physiological responses could be controlled by differential methylation at the time of metamorphosis in a commercially important estuary edible oyster species, Crassostrea hongkongensis.
