Red King Crab Larval Response to pH

RNA-seq samples of red king crab larvae taken immediately after hatching and after 7 days of development. For samples taken immediately after hatching, females brooded embryos at one of three pH levels (7.5, 7.8, or ambient (~8.0)). The 7-day old larval samples, were from mothers that brooded embryos at ambient pH, but broods were split across the three pH levels for the first week of larval development.
