Transcriptomic analysis of gene expression differences between planktonic and biofilm cells

the sequencing instrument Illumina NovaSeq 6000 was used to sequence planktonic and biofilm state of V. alginolyticus. The purpose of this study was to compare the gene expression differences between planktonic and biofilm cells using transcriptome sequencing technology, to gain insight into the regulatory mechanism of V. alginolyticus biofilm formation.
