Analysis of San Diego Bay seawater bacterial communities based on 16S rRNA amplicon library

This study focuses on comparing the bacterial biomes of San Diego Bay seawater based on analyzing a partial 16SrRNA amplicon library from NGS data. In this library, DNA samples were extracted from two different methods: one was laser ablation nucleic acids recovery (LANARA) system and the other was a traditional DNA extraction kit.
