Effective conductivity of 2D assemblies of disks: microstructure generation, FEM and EIM estimates

This dataset contains all data required for the analysis of the macroscopic conductivity of 2D assemblies of disks: description of the microstructures (coordinates of centers of disks), geometry files (for meshing), FE scripts. A control-variate based variance reduction technique is used to reduce the statistical error on the Monte-Carlo estimates of the average conductivity. Fore more information, refer to the file 00-README.html below. Scripts that were used to produce and analyse this data can be found in the scripts/ subdirectory. For more information, refer to the file 01-README.html below.
