Lake Tanganyika eDNA Metabarcoding Study: Visual Survey Data

DOI

Visual survey community data for Lake Tanganyika's littoral fish species. Surveys represent underwater visual surveys undertaken at depths of 5 and 10 metres within the littoral habitat. Surveys were undertaken across 21 sites with ten surveys undertaken at each site. Surveys were undertaken within 2016 and 2017.
