Transcriptome analysis of the effects of LPS on macrophages of sturgeon

LPS is a component of the outer wall of the cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria, which can act on animal cells to cause inflammatory response after infection. LPS has been widely used in the construction of inflammatory models and immunological studies. In order to study the inflammatory response induced by LPS in Siberian sturgeon, transcriptome sequencing was used to investigate the mechanism.
