Fermented Myriophyllum aquaticum and Lactobacillus plantarum affect the distribution of gut microbial communities and metabolic profile in mice

High-throughput sequencing was used to explore the effects of fermented Myriophyllum aquaticum and Lactobacillus plantarum BW2013 on the gut microbiota of mice. Metabolomics was used to explore the effects of fermented Myriophyllum aquaticum and Lactobacillus plantarum BW2013 on the fecal metabolic profile of mice.
