Bioaerosol in Tokyoskytree

Tokyo is located in southeastern of the Japanese main island and capital of Japan (Population: 13.61 million). The climate of Tokyo is warm and humid in summer and cool and dry in winter. Though bacteria community of rain fall, which scavenged airborne microorganisms, were reported recently using NGS, bioaerosol study in Tokyo is really limited despite of large number of population. In order to understand 1: both long distance and local source of bioaerosol above Tokyo, 2: Continuous bacterial diversity and community change associated by local meteorological condition in Tokyo, 3: bacteria source estimation using in-house reference samples from potential sources (soil, bay sea water, river and pond), air and reference samples were taken in tallest tower in downtown of Tokyo (Tokyo Skytree: 634m).
