Druggable proteins influencing cardiac structure and function: implications for heart failure therapies and cancer-cardiotoxicity

DOI

Aggregate data for the Schmidt et. al. GWAS on 16 biventricular cardiac MRI traits, released in genomics build 37 and 38.

Estimates pertain to the genetic association with 16 cardiac MRI traits measured in UK Biobank participants. Analyses were conducted with and without accounting for body surface area and systolic blood pressure (see README file for further detials).

The genetic instrumental variable data is shared as a InstrumentalVariables.tar. Please see the included README.md for relevant details.

Additionally, we have included the python module gwas_norm used to normalize aggregated GWAS data. The most up-to-date version can be found on gitlab: https://gitlab.com/cfinan/gwas_norm
