Full-length transcriptome of the hepatopancreas upon hypoxia-reoxygenation stress reveals vital genes in Hif-1 and antioxidant pathways in red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii

To screen for vital genes or pathways upon hypoxic-reoxygenation stress, hepatopancreas gene expression profiles were investigated by using a method combining PacBio RS II and Illumina sequencing.
